Return Policy

Merchandise
All items are final sale. However, at The Birdcage’s discretion some items may be taken out on 24 hr approval. A credit card is held, and items returned must be in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions.

Online Sales
Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Policy

The Birdcage only ships within the United States. If you would like to order merchandise from outside the United States, please contact us.

All shipments are processed within 24 hours of your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

To insure that you receive your items, we require a signature at the time of delivery.  If the item is returned because they are not able to deliver it, The Birdcage is not responsible for the return shipping.

Track your shipment
The Birdcage uses UPS as our standard shipping company. If you’d like to track your shipment, please find the tracking number on the delivery estimate that was emailed to you, then visit the following page:

Damages

We insure all items when shipping.  The Birdcage is not liable for lost or damaged goods.  In the rare case of damage we will work with you and the shipping company to help resolve the issue.    Please contact us within 48 hrs, document any signs of damage and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
